In late September thru to the end of October, I have hassled the life out of many of you to vote for the Wrexham Prostate Cancer Support Group at this years Airbus in Community Awards. As well as online voting we made a massive impact and with your help and that from Wrexham and Clays Golf Clubs we collected over 6,000 voting vouchers from the Evening Leader. Today we have formally been told we have landed the top prize of £7,000. This fantastic amount added to what we have already raised will see us move a big step nearer to achieve our target of raising enough money to support the introduction of Cryotherapy technology at the Wrexham Maelor, What a special group of mates I have.
